Kepler Bradley Lakes State Recreation Site
This park is a day use only area. It features beautiful walking/bicycling trails and
opportunities to boat. The trails
are groomed well enough to allow strollers to roll along them.
During your exploration of the park you may find signs posted by the park
service. These signs discuss the
interesting geology and biology of the area.
To find this recreation area, head north out of Anchorage
toward Palmer on the Glenn Highway. Just
past the stoplight intersection with the Parks Highway look for the parking lot
on the left hand side of the road.
This area is a terrific place for a
picnic. You will find plenty of
picnic tables, as well as toilets and a ground pump for fresh water.
There is no charge to park and use the facilities here.
